order confirmation:
When you have successfully placed
your order you will be sent a confirmation email which will include your order
details. You will then be sent an electronic invoice (containing our banking details) for
your transaction which you may want to file or print to keep for future
reference. You will also receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
delivery information:
Prices
are exclusive of postage & packaging (p&p). P & P in South Africa is a flat fee of R35.00 per order. Tracking numbers are supplied.
We ship to destinations within South Africa only. You are welcome to
contact us should you have an international enquiry.
We aim to process & ship items within 10 working days of receipt of payment.
Please note that stock is subject to availability & that items are hand made to
order. You will be advised should
the item you ordered be out of stock. When items are out of stock, dispatch may
be slightly delayed so please allow up to 28 days in such a case.
methods of payment:
Please note that currently only direct bank transfers (including internet
transfers) will be accepted. Banking details will be included in the order
confirmation email. Please note that no items will be dispatched prior to LITTLE
TRADING CO.

exchanges and returns:
Should you not be absolutely delighted with your purchase, we will be happy
to refund or exchange any items as long as they are returned to us in undamaged
condition, within 14 days of receipt, with proof of purchase and the original
delivery note.

DIRECT COSTS.

CERTIFICATE FROM YOUR POST OFFICE WHEN RETURNING GOODS AS WE CANNOT BE HELD
